[Free Post] May Trainers to Follow?

May trainers…

With the main jumps season now over (and the new season having just begun!) the main focus for many will be the Flat turf. While my main ‘tipping’ focus will remain on the 3m+ handicap chases, there will be plenty of ‘flat stats/chat/pointers’, and after the success of the winter season I’ve decided to keep these ‘monthly’ trainers going. My approach to the jumps with these was ‘less is more’, but in this first instalment of the summer I appear to have landed on five trainers to keep an eye on.

From Oct-April (x7 months) they only had one losing month (Feb) but if backing all qualifiers to morning odds, non-bog… +37.93 points, or +53.57 to betfair starting price. Not bad for a bit of fun.

Always a word of warning of course. The below are untested in live play and at some point there will be a horror month, for all I’ll try and avoid it. I may well regret having posted so many trainers below but fingers crossed. As always I hope they’re a useful ‘way in’ and of course do keep an eye on the overall form of said trainers.

Daily qualifiers will be posted within the Members Posts as usual.

Let’s crack on… and in no particular order…

That’s all for this post. Next year I will try and get this post up before the start of the month to avoid missing any winners! As always, if you’ve any questions, fire away down below and I’ll do my best to answer them,

  1. Hi Josh

Is it not possible to set these HRB plans out in the same format as other systems are shown in the magazine On Course Profits which I know you have written some articles.

I can usually get them sorted OK but I find there is one today that I have had a problem with reproducing correctly, the Beckett plan I cannot quite get correct…..a capture of the HRB system would occasionally be of great help, to me anyways…..thanks and let’s see what happens, hopefully with a couple of winners and a month ending profit…Norman

    1. Hi Norman,

I have emailed you a screenshot which hopefully does the job an tried to clarify what I suspect is the confusing ‘rule’ with Beckett above and how it reads in HRB.

      Cheers,
      Josh
