Micro Monday: 03/02/20

The Cheltenham Festival work begins >>>

For the next few weeks the Micro Monday posts will start looking at The Cheltenham Festival.

Firstly, you can find last year’s report HERE>>>

The link below looks ahead to this year’s Festival, firstly with a look at the four trainers who’ve won 46% of races at the meeting in the last decade. I’m sure you can guess who they are!

This week I take a look at Willie Mullins with some overall ‘pointers’ and a handicap micro angle.

There’s then a look at my ‘Irish Class Droppers’ ‘micro’.

All of these mini reports will be pulled into one at some point, as above…

YOU CAN READ THE FIRST INSTALMENT HERE>>>

Elsewhere… as a point of reference i’ve just repeated the Taunton Tim Vaughan ‘angle’ I researched after Cap St Vincent won, as I hunted around for reasons I could have been closer!

Tim Vaughan

  • Taunton
  • Handicap Chase (all)
  • Jockey: Alan Johns
  • Last 5 years >

18 bets / 6 wins / 7p (inc wins) / +32 SP
