  2. GOLF BETS
There will be none in August for having a much needed break from golf for having the same feeling as last year not enjoying finding the bets and will review, by the end of the month and decide if i continue after August.
Have had 7 winning years on the trot and this year slightly down will balance the book in a few days.

  3. Golf Tips

Last week we went close with Webb Simpson, who finished runner up by one shot after two early bogies in the final round. he came back late but failed by one shot to catch JT Poston, who went very low in the final round. So place money only.
Patrick Reed had two average rounds, but went low in the final round but could only climb to 22nd. the Matchbook match bet was landed early as Matsuyama failed to make the cut. The additional bet on Sunday on Paul Casey lost. He started the final round well but was lacklustre generally and failed to show. But a small profit on the week that takes things to +83 points for 2019 to date.

This week I like Justin Rose at 20/1, 1 point each way, 8 places, 1/5 odds, with Skybet. A good ball striker and accurate to greens, which will suit this course. I will also go with Patrick Reed again at 40/1, 1 point each way, same bookie and terms as above. In good form but needs to put four rounds together to win.
For the Matchbook match bet I like Patrick Reed to best Shane Lowry at 1.85 for 5 points. Reed is in form and Lowry has not played since The Open and has been on a three week pub crawl.

Announcement – I am working with two guys to set up a dedicated tipping service for Golf. Hopefully we will be up and running before the season ends. The guys will be in contact with Josh to offer RTP followers a discount.

    Good luck.

  4. Good luck with the tipping sevice.
Golf is a difficult market to sell into for it is a very limited market, and also very fickle for once on a losing run customers are quick to stop their standing orders, this is one reason stopped putting my bets on with Optimum Racing, the income was not worth the time.
    All the best
    Colin.
