  2. rushed off my feet this morning but will do a bit of a write up and add a couple late morning.
    Hexham 2-10. Northandsouth 33-1 bfsb 4 places 28-1 most others paying 4
    Southwell 2-00. Shady Glen 10-1 4 places

    1. Hexham 2-10. Northandsouth 33-1 bfsb, a very speculative punt but there is some logic. runs off his lowest ever hurdles mark here and travelled well into the race lto but didn’t see it home but that was over 2m4f and drops back to 2m here. Sara Ender pulled off a bit of a coup last year at Hexham with Moorlands Mist @ 33-1 so it might not be that much of a stretch that they think he might have chances.
Southwell 2-00. Shady Glen 10-1 4 places, down in grade to C5 and if he can show anything near the form of a year ago should have every chance.
Hexham 3-15. bit of a puzzle but i just don’t fancy Raising the Bar or Lord Wishes which to my eyes leaves Morrowman and Desert Island Dusk and i’ll probably have a bit of ew on the later @ 10-1.
Hexham 4-55. with Iskaberg Lane a n/r if the other 8 stay in i’ll have a go with Shimla Dawn 8-1 back in a handicap after going hunter chasing. only worry being that it’s a bit of a short trip these days but has won over this distance in the past.

  5. Ponte.
    2.20. Guipure
    2.55. Dante’s View
    4.00. Bayshore Freeway.

Not a good days punting as per usual on Sunday in GB but have done the above in a £1.00 Trixie (.25p stake) for a bit of interest paying £14.95 (inc. stake) based on speed figures and stats for favs and trainers…hope I have not but a hex on Colins Bets but for a tricky card but thought Bayshore was the best bet on the card and the figures are the best in that race with Dance Legend and Spirit of Appin likely contenders for the first spot….the other two races are very closely matched and the one I was going to put up in the 2.20 was Masaakin which is now a non runner taking the runners down to the obligatory 7 runners…no surprises there but I am assured by those in the know, there is no conspiracy! Gd lck if playing

  6. First two races called wrong so hope people followed Colin in for win only on Bayshore or had a saver on that one…anyway Trixie worth a shot for £1.00…little damage done ….looking at the result should have done the straight forecast with Dance Legend…something to consider going forwards. Well done Colin.

    1. Cheers for that to be honest did not expect 7/4 SP thought it would have been shorter, so a bonus.
Great fan of Mark Johnson and when he has them fit they run, again only 4 days since its last run, so obviously you know its fit, today had to put it up sod the 3/1 min limit.
No doubt Josh Spencer Ha Ha, will have his machine fired up and say talking rubbish but for Mark Johnson his quickly turned out horses are always my STARTING POINT, and his old assistant Keith Dagliesh follows the same trend since becoming a trainer in his own right.
Watch for them in Scotland for quickly turning out their runners over the next 3 months or so another who does this is Jim Goldie and he does not like favs!
      Colin.

      1. You are welcome. Will do. First consideration for me is always the speed they travel but good to know. Thanks.
