  1. GOLF BETS
    WGC Mexico Championship
Struggled to find a bet this week many players are to short for their course form.

Justin Thomas 2 point win 10/1 LA, WH, SB, 365, BV
Lost play off last year here to Phil Mickleson, and in 2017 finished 5th and a bold show is expected at 10/1 2 points win only.
    Phil Mickleson 1 point ew 28/1 1/5 6 SB, WH, BF, plenty of 28/1 1/4 5 available.
Not again i here you cry and would normally agree with you, however cannot oppose him backed him at 40/1 when second and strongly fancied him the week after when he won, decided that he may struggle 2 weeks on the trot more fool me, once again this is his course and it is also his 600th PGA start, what a player for the sport.

    No more bets this week.
    Colin.

    1. I can see Phil Mick going well in Mexico.

No joy for my selections last week. Back on Wednesday with selections for this week.

    2. JT has been nothing short of sensational this season stats wise head and shoulders over most and has it on the preverbal string with his approaches. I would wonder how much Sunday knocked out of him though, both Physically – nearly 2 full rounds on the Sunday and worse Psychologically – blowing a 4 shot lead with a round to go may take a while to get over. Last year he came into this off a win at the Honda and started slowly before charging up the leaderboard the last 2 rounds, being matched around 500/1 in the process, personally I will take a watching brief with him but may get involved if any signs of life.
I got some place money back last week on Scott at 40s but was hoping for a lot better whilst sharing the lead after r2 and 2 back after r3, his putting really came under strain as the wind got up and he capitulated on the back 9.

This week I’ve backed Leishman 33/1 ew and Willet 175/1 ew (now been cut to 140/). I may add another as I trawl through my research.

  2. I’ve bought Favourites at the following meetings today
    Wetherby at 80
    Taunton at 64
    Wolverhampton at 68
First time ever it’s worked out for all the days meetings……………………

          1. I agree. I think you put him up as a selection towards the end of last year Martin, and I’ve been following him since. A nice bit of place money last week at 125/1!
