  1. GOLF BETS
January Results + 37.8 from a total of 6 bets 2 winners 10/1 ( 2 point win only) and 14/1 along with a 2nd at 40/1 being Nicholson who in my view should have won.

For anyone new reading the post this will not happen every month, so be careful what you bet, brief history since my golf bets have been proven over 5 years making a profit every year.
Optimum Racing Sports put up the bets for three and a half years and the last 18 months have been proven by Racing To Profit, there will be long losing runs at some stage of the year so once again be careful what you bet for their is no Guarantee that i will make a profit in 2019, certainly had a good start for those who followed the bets last year.

    1. I see that Haotong Li is going well again this week, out in Saudi. He seems to em to be a player who can step forward in 2019 along with Sung Jae Im. DJ took the course apart this morning but he blows hot and cold and so may be now worth a lay at evens now? Anyway I am 5 points on that lay now.

      1. Think that is a solid lay Martin. DJ will enjoy himself tonight and ease through the weekend. Of course he is a good enough golfer to do that and win by a street but history shows he is more likely to come up short over the weekend.

        Cheers

        1. Ive taken 20/1 with skybet for all the majors to be won by first time winners.

It would have won a couple of times in the last 10-15 years and given the strength of Rahm, Dechambeau , Schaufelle, Finau, Fleetwood, Fowler I do think theres some mileage in it.

Dustin doesnt win majors, Rory, Speith, Molinari, Garcia and Reed easy to oppose.

It will probably come up short but 20/1 is a good price with the strength of the new blood coming through

          1. yes, i have had some of that now for value. I do think Bubba will be back though, for The Masters. Plus it is a course where a dual winner comes in.

  2. Sorry have only just seen your comments Johnny
I made Wolverhampton 89.89 and I think you have made a good bet at Lingfield even if a nervous afternoon
I made Lingfield 79.43 so was very tempted by a sell but haven’t

  3. Ive bought a jockey performance at Newcastle tonight.
I’ve only been trading jockey performance for a month now so still very early days and I trade at the moment for less than my normal stake,it’s in profit during this time.
My paper trading as such is for three months but with a smaller stake than normal and then if a profit shown I add it to my other bets at my full stake.
    R.Havlin/Newcastle bought at 30

Just for info if it helps anyone for Newcastle tonight I’ve made Favourites 108.30 so no bet for me

    1. You need the Gosden runners to deliver at least once for a profit I would say but Johnny Murtagh horse must have a chance, otherwise why is it here? I can see 40 for a decent profit.
