  1. Amazing results on the blog yesterday, many thanks to all, what a site this is!
My 2 losers dropped me back to RT -0.5, nothing from me Sunday.

  2. Hats off and thanks to Nick for his selections as well as other people who contribute ….even if peoples’ selections do not win they provide a way at looking at a race and are really helpful in making final decisions about betting them or not….from the selections I put up yesterday one was a non runner so there 7 were bets…. 6 lost and 1 won at industry SP of 9/1 so + 3pts for wo bets…the place = +1.8…4 bets, including the winner, were gd e/w selection regarding price…the 3 e/w bets were -3pts for the places…so just a small profit for the day overall if you bet the places. Todays selections:
    15.15. Navan Battleroftheboyne.
    17.10. Cheps. Shanahan’s Turn.

Good luck if you are playing.

    1. Hi Silver. I think you are under recording your profits. eg. yesterday, if you had 6 bets with one winner at 9/1 you would receive returns of 10pts (ie. 9pts winnings + 1pt stake) minus 6pts staked = 4pts profit.

      Cheers Ken

An early start today after a welcome 50pts or so profit on morning odds yesterday.
    C 4.00 – Beat That on 2nd run @ 9/2
    G 4.55 – The Daley Express on 3rd run @ 14
    N 4.25 – Makitorix on 1st run @ 14
    N 5.35 – Sors on 5th run @ 20
    C 5.20 – Shanahans Turn on 2nd run @ 10
    L 4.45 – Rogue Angel on 3rd run @ 11/2

    1. Well done yesterday, I have to admit I don’t play on them but very well done on yesterday’s results.

      1. A better day was due General and it’s been like wading in mud the last month or so. I’ll be posting some figs tonight for the last couple of weeks.
I would expect a major shift profit wise during the next few weeks when most will be NH.

    No bet today

    October so far
    Bookmakers SP + 0.875
    BOG + 3.333

Congratulations Nick on your continued achievments

  5. Still awaiting that bad run in form.
    Sparklealot Goodwood 15:10 1pt e/w 9/1
    Ballyhill Chepstow 17:10 1pt e/w 13/2

    1. Thanks for sharing once again Nick. It’s my charity donation day again tomorrow, would you like to nominate one or shall I put it in the first street box/bucket I see in town.

    2. Oh it’ll come Nick, it’ll come!! Don’t be so impatient!!
I cheered home Jumbo yesterday only to realise after that I hadn’t confirmed the bet!! doh!!
How much time roughly do you devote to research each day as I think you’ve said you work too? Which would make your efforts even more impressive. I’m trying to increase my racing time and reduce working and fit it in around research/coding.
I’m earning a lot less but hopefully it’ll pay dividends in the coming months or some point next year. Best of luck with you’re winning streak for now though.

      1. I think it depends Chris. Normally 2-3 hours but obviously depends on the number of meetings and how I am feeling. Try and prioritise what I am good at if short on time. Normally the plan is to get home, spend 30-40 mins on the treadmill, grab some food and sit down to do the cards. Winter not normally quite as hectic as summer.

        1. Cracking stuff yesterday mate!!!
Was at Newmarket to cheer home Perfection, so topped off a great day.
Ps. Even Hugh Taylor is following your tips now!!

        2. Well dome yesterday Nick. I had the 5 in each way multiples in a betting shop bet, so a fair few quid to come back. I need to email you later re the gift to sort out which one suits you best?

    3. I endorse all the plaudits coming your way Nick, they are richly deserved. Next time your crystal ball needs a clean, let me know & I’ll come round and give it a polish

    4. sparkie a lottie ………… nicky , nicky he’s our man if he can’t do it know one can !! 🙂 .. my bookie really doesn’t like me visiting now 🙂 .. had to buy a bag for life just now to go and collect my spoils ….. long may it continue .. uda man .. my man !!
      thks encore !!
      bc 🙂
      happy sundaying .. i know i am 🙂

  6. I’d like to add my congratulations to Nick for his extraordinary results. I usually post on the free page but I reckon Josh is having a lie in and I won’t be around to post later.

Sir Busker goes in the 2.35 at Goodwood today. Won at Newbury on g/s and is by Sir Prancealot who is fine on soft.

The favourite is a Mick Channon debutant who seems to be backed on the fact that he has a 2000 guineas entry but this is an auction race which doesn’t suggest they think he is that special.

Effectively this is a drop in class from his Newbury win for Sir Busker. Looks like it is going to be wet all day. Chairmanoftheboard is by Slade Power all of whose winners so far have been on g or g/f. Of course with the Summer we have had that may be more due to opportunity than aptitude.

A greater danger to Sir Busker in my mind is Cookupastorm who has been trying at class two 3 times since his win in a Cl5 auction race at Newbury in June and being by Camacho should be ok on soft.

At a big price Foxy Femme is interesting. John Gallagher has a 22% strike rate with 2yos at Goodwood and tends to bring them along slowly so should be improving on 3to. By Foxwedge so not necessarily as at home as Sir Busker if it turns soft but carrying 15lbs less. My picture of her from Windsor in August suggests an ok size but immature and downhill. She ran 3rd lto in a race which looks to be working out ok. If she has levelled up and is still improving she may compete for a place.

If it comes up soft I think it will be very difficult on this tricky cambered course for any of the debutants to get involved so I thought I’d give it a good go.

Sir Busker and Cookupastorm look over priced to me.
1pt win Sir Busker .5pt reverse exacta or forecast Sir Busker and Cookupastorm. .5pt e/w Foxy Femme. 1/6th point trifecta Sir Busker, Cookupastorm and Foxy Femme.

    1. Chairmanoftheboard looked vey impressive Hugh
Decent effort by Sir Busker…take out the winner and it would have been described as a useful performance
Riviera Clare might find a small race somewhere

  7. Jumps is back…sort of
I have to side with my old friend HPM today, he owes me nothing and with his regular pilot on board, the rain softened ground and one of his favoured courses he should go well.

    16:00 Chepstow
Sel. Henri Parri Morgan 1pt win
Danger. On Tour 1/2 pt win

Have a saver on On Tour whos form figures are astounding at this time of year and will also have been readied for this.

Good luck and well done to Nick, hopefully i can get to half way near what he has achieved this year, in the coming months. I doff my cap to you sir!!

  8. Seems strange that there will be many punters out there in the betting world who pay extraordinary amounts for tips which struggle to offer a profit and yet this forum produces results almost every day which defy belief…Nick stands tall at the top of the tree but a mention to many others who also put in sterling efforts with selections and some with detailed analysis…too many to mention but all do a fine job

Congrats to everyone who contributes so effectively – I’m sure Josh is as proud of them and how RtoP is working as do the rest of us who appreciate the efforts of the members who put forward selections daily

All this and the cost is Negligible considering the rewards on offer even if you only bet to small stakes

  9. just a quick word from me, yesterday was the best day I have had betting, in addition to Nick’s fantastic efforts, Josh’s notes pointed out Rocco and The Young Master and a word too for Ken with a couple last night.

Fantastic site this guys, keep the banter and contributions coming. Good luck all today!

  10. Qualifiers for ‘Trainers with a 50% strike rate in the last 14 days with at lest 5 runners’.

    3.10 Goo With Envy
    4.00 Chp Alvarado

    5.10 Chp Barney Dwan

Irish runners in England or Wales exc AOB:
    4.35 Chp Scheu Time
    5.30 Goo Admodum

    Good luck.

  11. The Day will come when I put up a winning selection on here,
    E/W Lucky 15
    2.35 Goodwood Cookupastorm 10/1
    4.20 Goodwood Temple Church 9/2
3.25 Chepstow Push The Tempo 14/1
    5.10 Chepstow Baron Alco 7/1

  12. I would also like to add my thanks to Nick for his tips yesterday and so far another one today. Absolutely amazing.

I had all five of his bets as ew singles and I also placed a 20p unit Canadian with Bet Victor. According to their own bet calculator and several others I tried, after including R4’s, I should’ve been paid out £525.03. I’ve only received £341.53. I’ve tried once and they say it is correct. I’ve now sent them screenshots of their own bet calculator alongside another calculator showing exactly the same returns. If I don’t get any joy from this, can anyone advise what is the best way to dispute this bet?

Thanks again Nick. You are a legend.

    1. Betting Adjudication Service.

I had the same bet £1 each way and I had some issues in the shop today re rule 4. It was in Paddy Power and they said they have their own rules re rule 4 as do other bookmakers! I have no idea whether that is true? I thin that it is best you get the above or whoever is best to contact them and have a word?

      Good luck.

      1. Thanks Martin. If I don’t get any joy this time around I’ll contact them. Rule 4 is based on the odds the bookie was offering at time of withdrawal so each bookie may have a different R4. BV clearly state the R4 applied to each bet and I used this to put into the bet calculator.

        1. I’ve heard that just threatening the bookie with resolver dot co dot uk often gets results quickly.

    2. Ken, I did exactly the same bet 20p e/w Canadian…total stake £10.40.

I only got about just over 250 quid (winners at 6s/16s and places at 16s/8s and 8s) . If be interested to know if that was right but it was about 50 quid more than I was expecting when I worked it out before the last race.

Thanks for your AW tips last night, capped off a great day

      1. Hi Chris. If you go to aceodds dot com (wrote like that in case Josh blocks it!) you can enter all your bet details and it will calculate it for you. Remember to add in the Rule 4’s.
