Guest Tips

Something a bit different from me today…well, every time I pull through my own tips from the Members’ posts in recent weeks they’ve tended to fall out the back of the TV. So, I won’t subject you to that again 🙂 Instead i’ve repeated Ron William’s members tips for today. These were emailed out last night and the prices have generally held/drifted, bar the first of those mentioned.

48 of you have signed up to his £1 trial for full access for two weeks. This sort of service clearly isn’t for everyone but Ron uses ClickBank, which always gets a big tick from me as it ensures there’s no financial risk to you…they have a no questions asked 60 money back guarantee period. So, you can sign up for 2 weeks, and maybe even a month after that, and if come the end of the 6 weeks you’re unhappy, you can cancel/get a full refund. You could even paper trade in that time if you so pleased.

If you missed my email yesterday, you can read it HERE>>>

Ron’s in flying form in recent weeks, +83 points or so in the last 60 days. His service operates at a respectable 21% ROI long term and for those of you who want some daily action, but not to be swamped, this ‘could’ be for you. Emails are sent out between 6-6.30pm the evening before and average 1-3 tips per day.

You can join the 48 who’ve signed up already, HERE>>>

As always with any trials I try and find you, there’s nothing to lose (esp if paper trading!) and potentially a lot to gain. This is just the 7th tipping service i’ve told you about since late 2013 I think, and with any luck it’s a valued addition to your portfolio/racing experience.

I’ll apologise in advance for putting the mockers on those tips that follow, sorry Ron! 🙂

Thanks for yesterday’s supportive messages after my 40/1 miss earlier in the week. Re-assurance came quickly at at Newbury where I had noted that True Hero looked a false favourite in the first. After paddock inspection I backed 2 horses, Sir Busker at 33/1 and Came From The Dark at 5/1. Here is yesterday’s comment.
I have seen True Hero and whilst he is a nice shape and ran well to be 2nd on debut he is only top end of small. It would not surprise me to see him outgunned. He went off at 8/1 in a weakish Windsor maiden so is clearly not a stable star. I would expect him to run well but probably get pipped by a bigger one. Came From the Dark ran 4th in the same race and might be the one along with Ouzo, We Like Her A Lot and Jilbaab.
Oddly the 4 I mentioned as threats finished 3,4,5,6 all in front of True Hero. I think with a clear run Came From The Dark would have won but he was hampered by Sir Busker about ½ a furlong out delivering me peace of mind! The result highlights how with 2yos there is no substitute for being there. Seeing True Hero at Windsor enabled me to confidently take him on and in the paddock it was a toss up between two completely different types Sir Busker a stocky ball of muscle and Came From The Dark a taller rangy grey.

Although there were no superstars here I think it was an ok race. I will post a review with the other races tomorrow.
Today looks very tricky on the 2yo front, the only one where I could find an edge was…
    Newmarket 2.10pm 1m Novice
    1. El Gumriyah, Ever Changing
    2. Ambling, Cambric, Star Of War, Vivid Diamond
    3. Stormy Road, Navigate By Stars
    Previously seen:
El Gumriyah – Longer type, bit weak in the mid section, did well from bad draw. 75
Cambric – Still down hill, nice type 77
El Gumriyah looks like a miler and had the worst of the draw over 7f at Goodwood and did very well to stay on into third.
Cambric was very green on debut and not given a hard time behind Manuela De Vega in a Class 2 maiden at Salisbury. She was running on well at the end and should do much better with experience.
The danger here is that one of the Gosden pair is something special. The second favourite to Gosden’s Ever Changing is Sh Boom for Peter Chapple Hyam, I have seen this one and rated it 67.
Risking a couple of points here as I think the Gosden fav would be shorter if it was a special. I doubt that Cambric will have grown up enough to get a place but as Roger Charlton thought she was good enough to start off in a Class 2 I can’t leave her out at 40/1 with some bookies at 11.30am.
1pt Win El Gumriyah, 1pt e/w Cambric, .5pt reverse exacta the two.
