A day off today after yesterday’s 50/1 excitement, nothing from me today.

GL with any bets.

  1. World Cup – No joy on Friday, Serbia was a strong fancy and they were going well until half time but then folded. My one best today for value is Poland to beat Colombia at 12/5. Both teams need to win and so it should be an open game in the second half in particular. I do not think that there is much between these teams and so the 12/5 seems value. Over 2.5 goals may we worth a poke as well?

Golf – my selections in the US are not going great but our match bet at the BMW has Sullivan with a decent lead over Garcia going into the final round.

    Good luck.

  2. World Cup – I forgot to say previously that I was talking to a guy who has had £1,000 on England at 18/1! He intends to lay off to get his stake back at the quarter final stage. Good luck with that one.

  3. Henley in with a decent sniff for me in the PGA in 2nd place. Casey has a bit of a cushion now after blitzing it yesterday. However bubba has won from 6 back here before so comebacks happen and Casey isn’t the most prolific so there’s hope. Hossler was 1 shot off a first round leader ew payout after Harman chipped in on 18, so I’m due some luck if only that was how it goes!

As I write, it looks like ThorBjorn Olesen is going to capture his 3 title in quick succession. He looks a cracking bet for The Open at 150/1, having won the Dunhill Links before and one of the host courses is being used for this years Open.

    1. As I have said on here before Mr Oleson is a talent and if he finds consistency can get on to the USPGA tour and who knows where from there. He can still be caught by the pack today and Andy Sullivan is chugging along.

Casey should be shot if he loses a 6 shot lead on this course. Although the big boys are queuing up behind him.

  4. Have left the 14:15 to Nick, agree with the favourite being dodgy, would do SUPER LUNAR if i was forced.

Will appreciate the galloping track and front runners do well here, so long as he`s at the front he could burn these off.

Will also appreciate this more galloping track and with useful apprentice Theodore Ladd on board, who is unbeaten on the filly, she should go well.

Champion jockey Dickie on board, who always rides this track well, has been tumbling down the rankings and should be spot on for this, like Suegioo yesterday I believe this is his to lose.

with Sam TD on board should run creditable and ran well over c and d lto, for a long way, so hopefully remembers the way round, can go close i feel.

It may pay to look elsewhere, but, this one i believe due to his speed ratings from winter Mr Hammond has brought him back here for a confidence boost, at least after this he will know his level.

20lb lower than when last winning, could be all the petrol has gone out of the tank, let`s hope there is a little bit left to get us at least a place here.

Good luck with whatever you back today!
