Last year during the Festival week my tips did fairly well…
32 bets / 5 wins / 14 p (inc wins) +62 points / +£620 to £10 bets
Winners: Tiger Roll 16s /Tully East 12s /Presenting Percy 11s/Champagne Classic 25s / Chase The Spud 22s
I’d take a repeat of those stats although it may be hard to repeat such a high – it won’t be for the want of trying though.

1st run at Thurles, bit of a plodder but usually has a go from the back and has a good few places. Going not a problem.

Football – I did not get matched at the odds I wanted yesterday which was good as I would have lost. Shows the value of setting your own tissue I guess. Today I think AC Milan obviously look strong in their current form versus a Arsenal side lacking structure. However the 11/10 looks a bit skinny and so I have posted for 2.4 Milan, hoping an irate Gooner will be offended and match me. I like RB Leipzig at home to Zenit but not at 1.75. I have posted at 1.9.
Amazing match last night in the copa sudamericana
Cuenca 2-0 down from the first leg against Lequeno
looked on the way out when after 55 minutes with the score 0-0 they had Conteras
sent off for a second yellow card
down to ten men and 2-0 down they look down and out
but after 74 minutes Rojas scored for them to bring it back to 1-2
but 4 minutes later they looked no hopers when Cusco was shown a straight red
reducing them to 9 men.
9 against 11 and a goal down their task looked hopeless
but against all the odds Bonfigli scored for them with 10 minutes to play
and that stayed the same until the end
at 2-2 and no away goals it went to penalties and Cuenca
won the shoot out 6-5 for a sensation win
Cuenca is at 2400 meters but the advantage isn’t as big as some of the Bolivian
and Peruvian venues
REAL POTOSI 3960M
NACIONAL POTOSI 3960M
SAN JOSE 3735M
THE STRONGEST 3640M
BOLIVAR 3640M
REAL GARILASO 3400M
SPORTS HUANCAYO3260M
SPORT ROSARIO 3050M
Are all over 3000meters and
there are a couple of teams in the Peruvian 2nd division
who are very dangerous in the Peruvian cup if they get a home draw against lowland opponents.
Cienciano Share the stadium with real Garcilaso at 3400m is cusco
and Santa Rosa at 2950m are also formidable at home
Peru is very interesting as the league has a high low split with 9 teams(utc cajamrca stadium out of use playing at sea level for the near future) above 2000m
and the other 7 all from Lima and around at level.
DEPORTIVO MUNICIAL

The Lima based teams Sporting cristal aand Alianza Lima
Are the two richest teams and usually dominate the league
but they are all vulnerable when they head into the mountains

Shout out to Ian and SP2A colleagues, one selection today and it wins at 11/1! Follows on from a 6/1 winner yesterday.
I bet the bookies are panicking for Cheltenham now?
I Agree Martin, tremendous work.
Go along with that Martin.Paid 13.9/1 on BFSP + 2.7/1 for the place. What a trial, never backed as many big priced winners in all my life. Long may it continue!
Milan v Arsenal. Ive played a couple of bets for interest as will be watching the game.
Wilshire to be booked and Romanogoli to be booked. In the middle of the park Jack cant help but put his foot in and in recent weeks one of very few who look up for the fight.
Romanogoli is still quite young and seems to be booked a fair bit so was worth a interest what with Arsenals flair players who on there day can catch out anyone. 1/2 pt on both for me. Current odds 2/1 ish and 3/1
Absolutely top class Ian and the boys at SP2A…..with the weather being as it is…This is seriously good…i hate to say tipping. It is beyond that…So very good Ian….I have over the years suffered the bums of horse life tipsters…You truly stand out …Like Josh as a beacon of hope against despair…
Well done Mate….
