Thursday was another good day in the Members’ Club… I repeated my notes in the Free post which found 20/1 , 8/1 and 11/1 winners.. from 4 horses highlighted. So that was decent. 🙂 That 8/1 winner also hit two of the advised systematic strategies, so a good day all round. I’d have taken that before the day started.
Still plenty of time to try the Members’ Club yourself.. you can find out more at the links below >>>

Shortlist :
Looks a toughie and focusing on the 20/20, 10/10 leaves around 10. Looking at Top 5 LTO helps…
So… age 3-6, 3-8 runs this season, 2-6 wins in career, 1-5 handicap wins, Not 1-2 runs at distance only, Not run G1 in career, Top 5 LTO…
That lot leaves 6…
Thundering Blue / Big Country / Naval Warfare / El Hayem / Novoman / Kings Gift
Thoughts… well they are giving me a headache really… I think Big Country looks the most interesting from that list and I will leave it there! I can’t work out what to do with the others. If in doubt, trust the stats..maybe some £2.50/5 BFSP will be thrown around for fun. Highly likely the winner isn’t in that list, has that feel.

From a betting point of William Hill and SkyBet are paying 8 places and several others including Bet35 and PP are paying 6 places.
I heard that Michael Stoute thinks Al Hayem is going to go onto better things and so should that be the case he should win the Cambridgeshire. I have used up some free bets to have a reasonable stake on at 16/1. So that must make him a stats buster!
I haven’t even began yet but El Hayem 12/1 e/w 8 places does appear to be one of those really good bets at first glance.
I did not notice he was one of the six above.
Worked really well in his last proper gallop before this race
Doesn’t El Hayem want better ground?
Like Kings gift myself.
My shortlist is Big Country, Qassem, El Hayem, Chelsea Lad, Bravery.
Preference is for Qassem, Chelsea Lad and Bravery.
Maybe Big Country wants a little further and El Hayem wants it firmer.
Chelsea Lad likes the track and won’t mind the going.
I just like the kind of form the trainers are in for the other two! and they have some sort of chance at the prices so 16/1, 14/1 and 33/1, its worth a punt for me.
agree with most on Cambridgeshire El Hayem is my main bet with a couple of small ew’s on Chelsea Lad and one that seems to be forgotten Brorocco which i had a few quid on last week and obliged at 8-1.
a couple of “sentimental” bets today Bertiewhittle N5-20 , Yorkshiredebut R3-10 and Withernsea H3-15
