A repeat of yesterday’s video… I think it is worth a watch and with any luck you get something from it. Looking at this type of horse, and asking this one basic question, could make a difference to your punting/approach to racing… (nearly 500 of you kind souls have watched it, cheers…)

Nothing else today. A couple of interesting tips below from Nick and James, both with very sound reasoning/decent prices… they can be the focus of this post today! 🙂

Thanks for your comments on the golf,no pressure from Ben 20 years on the European Tour lucky you,i know what you mean about players tips,i have been a friend of Dai Williams horse trainer for 35 years and in the early 90s when he trained at Great Shefford and had 80 horses in training it was amazing when they fancied one it never seemed to win even Dunwoody gave the nod with the same results, one day went to Ascot with Mick Killick owner of Ketti about 1990 went with him into the ring and he had a grand on her and i followed in with my £20 and she lost.
Back to the golf please have a betting bank for there will be long losing runs for i do not tip McLlroy,Speith for in the long term they will lose you money at their short prices.
Yes Josh has made this a fantastic club i have followed the free section for 3 plus years and seen the improvements over those years and i also subscribe, for the golf i wish to give a little back to those who want to have a bit of fun for golf betting is hard that is no doubt for the gent who compared 4 Grand Nationals i am unable to see it for from the start of a golf tournament of 150 players you can erase 120 players for how many European or PGA Tournaments are won by players above 50/1 or 66/1 max, answers on a postage stamp please!!! it is very rare.
On a final point all my bets over 2 1/2 years were recorded and proven by Optimum Racing Sports Betting, unlike most tipsters out there.
For those who want a bit of fun on golf i will put the bets up by noon on Tuesday.
Cheers
Colin
What;s the reasons for your selections Colin as i read those 2 players are out of form. I will follow your tips though so thanks for posting.
The racing is absolutely shocking at the moment but I found one I like for tomorrow, One for June-15:50 Lingfield. William Haggas has a very good record with his handicappers on the Lingfield flat track (I think James also pointed this out last week when he tipped up Dream of Delphi) with a record of 6/10, 7p +26.13 since 2012. On top of that he has only ever sent out 4 runners here in nurseries, the last 3 of which have all won (other one was 3rd). The horse herself won a class 5 maiden over course and distance before being outclassed in a couple of class 2s. Drops back down into a class 5 handicap of a reasonable mark. She has an ideal draw and an ideal front running style for this track. 7s looked very fair.
Yeah this one looks good Nick, actually mentioned it when it was scheduled to run on Monday at Brighton and was pulled, i assume due to the ground conditions. As you mentioned Haggas also has an exceptional s/r here in Nurseries + the horse won a c5 fairly cosily over C&D. Whilst that gives more confidence it also means we only get 7/1 rather than 16s that it was on Monday, but still worth a play having looked at the breeding stats over C&D of the others this selection is by far the strongest and the fact it was pulled 2 days ago I think means they think its ready to win.
Think I will follow you in there Nick, some fairly solid statistics .Its very hard to know what to make of River Of Intrigue entry in the 2 pm at Southwell. Was watching his race today at Hexham and had i been near a laptop i would have been laying it after a few fences,Paddy’s body language told you it wasn’t going to plan. O’Brien has yet to have a chase winner at Southwell, but has a fairly good record turning out horses quickly, bit of a conundrum really as you would like to see market support but 6/1 is probably as low as I would be wanting to go considering the risks.Might be one to watch and wait for the Dascombe assault on Haydock from Thursday
Thanks for reminding me. I think until they lose their 100% record (Paddy/Fergal returning within 24 hours 3/3) I can’t help but thrown something at it. Was very well backed today.
Found another interesting runner tomorrow, Waqt in the 2.30 @ Chepstow. Hcp Debutant, trainer is 4 from 10, 6 places with her Hcp debutants this year. Trainer has an overall 33% win strike rate at the track, 3 from 9, 6 places. Sire’s offspring have a 27% win strike rate over C&D, most of those wins at same class as today’s race. Jockey win rate with trainer not the best, but he’s not a bad jockey. Form wise so far not bad, but looks like the trainer is a hcp debut schemer with those stats and with the breeding stats over C&D I think this one is its target. 7/1 currently and seeing some money this morning.
Obviously i mean today, fast asleep this am, damn insomnia!
you need some of this coffee I have on haha, slowly waking up! Race is the 2.40 also 🙂 Have had a nibble on him and one Nick put up, very solid reasoning for both. And decent enough prices to my eyes. GL
One for June is a NON RUNNER
Mike
Some mediocre racing today but a winner is a winner. I hear a good word for Lady of Arran, 3.20 LP,(25/1); Sir Mark Prescott has a relatively unexposed runner in Alternative Route going in the 8.55 KP; Kings Ryde, 4.30 Sou, should collect today.
Good luck.
Thanks Martin, & for Northern Ireland & Bolivia, if only I had taken the double as well as two singles!
I was Bulgaria at 4/1 and NI at 2/1+. The guy with the altitude angle gave Bolivia. There are profits to be made from football if you can spot the value.
great read very informative keep up the good work
many thanks
