Nothing today. Note I have added ‘ES’ for the main jumps selections. I will pull together a similar Elite Squad guide for main winter season later in the year. Same criteria in terms of bets/wins% etc.

  1. Gosh, Ascot was hard! I was out all day yesterday picking up and dropping off at Uni’s so missed it. The handicaps were very competitive and you could not get too involved, only maybe have an interest if you wanted to.

    Mr O’Brien seems worth following regardless at these ‘festivals’.

    Anyway back to the fodder next week. I have been looking at some micros myself for the summer from July onwards. I will share later in the week once I have pulled them together properly.

    1. yep always a challenging week, just about came out alive! ‘My fancies’ ended on -1, albeit personally had a bit on Sioux Nation and Thomas Hobsom first time round in the end, which ensure I won a bit of pocket money. But I won’t be retiring just yet, I wasn’t betting big. Micros won +5 I think, if backing all. The ‘notes’ lost around -5.5 backing all. They found enough decent priced winners and something there to work with next year/in big meetings to come, with any luck.
