Nothing today, there are no system qualifiers. And, while I am still on my travels, there won’t be anything else.
Good luck with any bets today.

I read Gary Priestley’s guest post the other day since when my only 3 bets have been Gworn (W 8-1) Golden Wedding ( 2nd 12-1 ) Tee It Up Tommo ( W 5-1 ). Today I’ll be backing Tamayuz Magic (7.0 Ponte ) Why? Distance and ground will suit and the speed rating is high. Reappearance run was okay and the real clincher is the form of its second run in each of the previous 4 seasons – 3211. At around 14-1 a solid EW bet- I hope.
looks a good spot Simon.
Interestingly from the Mick Easterby stable.
Micks horses when laid out can be very heavily backed late on
so if TM is spot on he will start very much shorter than the current 12/1
so a fair plan may be to have a couple of hundred e/w at 12/1
and then look to lay off at a shorter price later in the day when and if the money comes in
if he is backed into 8/1 you have a big free bet pending
2 high cost early born foals to look out for today
GAME CHANGER 2.55 Haydock Foaled 4th of February
cost £300,000 as a yearling.
Trained by Roger Varian this son of Dark Angel makes its debut over 6f
obviously on debut could be green and not run to maximum ability
but one to watch closely
at Leopardstown Aiden O’Brien debuts ROSTOPOVITCH
a Son of Frankel who cost 1.1 million gns, foaled on 3 February
Aidens horses always come on for their first run and it is interesting they have waited for
a 7f 2 year old race which suggest he is likely to be a stayer rather than a speedball
with that in mind he may be better watched than backed.
CAMELBACK has the benefit of experience and is race fit
I think ROSTOPOVITCH will be doing all of its best work late on if they are going for a gentle introduction
if they are trying he will hit the front early to try and use his stamina
my gut feeling is CAMELBACK will take all the beating as I don’t think O Brien will be giving such a
high profile horse a hard time FTO
Only posting the Haydock and Bath D1 races up today. Nothing exciting that I can see at Bath or Goodwood. It will be interesting to see if Awesome holds up the form of the Ascot fillies race where she was broken by trying to go with Mrs Gallagher. She is small but athletic and 5f round Bath should suit her.
