nothing on Wednesday. I will be getting an early train back up to Liverpool having spent a couple of weeks at the family home in Suffolk and won’t have time to do any race/horse justice for Bet of The Day purposes.

A frustrating run at the moment- I have lost count of the number of close second places, at decent prices- horses halving in price etc. It is getting a tad frustrating but is a positive sign at least. Still, bloody annoying.

Blessed To Empress lifted the mood somewhat! Wallop.

ODDS/prices… I have added some evening prices given I won’t be able to update them at my usual slot in the morning.

In case you missed this yesterday…

Monthly Research ArticlesI have pulled together a repository of all Members’ Only research articles/big meeting notes etc. The article I wrote in April is no up. I will try and get into the habit of re-posting this every month. If you like your trainer angles there is always something of interest to flick though. You are free to download these to your computers etc and use as you see fit. If you do track any angles/follow them/fancy any horse on the day- please do comment away and share! 🙂  You can read that post HERE>>>

Unless I have missed anything that will be it for Wednesday.

  1. Hi all I have a share in destinys gold who ran Monday for dr newland,we thought the horse was really unlucky mr Jacob said he had all runners covered when he fell.it was a better run than we all expected prior to the race we would of been happy with a place.he was backed from 7/1 the afternoon before into as short as 11/4 ourselves and the trainer was taken back by the gamble cos it certainly wasn’t our money,it was what we called the newland factor the horse was well this morning and had a little trot this morning we keep all informed of future plans thanks steve t

    1. I backed and watched the race and it was cruising when it came down…..personal observation was it come down because the jockey accelerated going into the jump and DG came to it to quickly and clipped the fence….lol……i’m no expert. I don’t think the price will be there next time T…I had 7s.
Hard luck though. Bol in the future.

  2. 4:20 ASCOT i go for Tabarrak Hannon progressive 4 years old course winner fit good on form first run on 8f 6/1 10/1 on exchange second best is Firmament but he is after 200 days break and shorter

      1. Keep eye on him similar to Ruth Carr Soveraign Debt extending in distance, now Soveraign Debt won to competitive races on 8f Tabarrak his first,in fact that race was not so much competitive if to look race condition
