Who’s hot?

Something of mild interest on a quiet day… a selection of trainers who’ve been in form in the last 14 days, with runners today… use how you please…

  • R Whitaker: 4/5,5p (runners Wolvs, 7pm & 7.30)
  • P Chamings: 4/8, 6p (runner 3.40 Windsor)
  • Willie Mullins: 9/19, 11p (2.45, 17.50 K)
  • Mickey Quinn: 2/5,3p (1.15/4.25 Yarm, 3.10 Wind)
  • D Menuisier: 3/9,5p (4.25 Yarm)
  • Noel Meade: 10/34, 20p (2.45, 4.15, 5.20 x2 K)
  • Hugo Palmer: 5/18, 12p (12.45, 2.23, 2.53 Yarm)

Some of those may be worth a glance, or worth noting for the week ahead anyway. I did note that Buick is on a few of those above at Yarmouth and given he’s got the bit between his teeth still, all his rides there may be worth a glance.

Weekend Review Video

Review video below, touching on various points of interest – including a look at those jockeys who’ve done best in chases in the last 2 years, including handicap chases. And the records of those whose mounts have led/raced prominently. With any luck there’s something to take away…

  • Sundays dutchers were placed second and pulled up. But win only and so 2 points lost.

Mondays picks are in the 3.23 Yarmouth.

Capla Berry – down in class, course and distance winner, trainer in decent form, has won in this class, good draw.
Praised – a improvising three year old, handicap debut, has won in this class, draw OK.

    Good luck Martin

  • Good video again Josh and 20 minutes as well!

You may be getting the hang of the video game?

    • Ha, thanks- oh i don’t know, we shall see! Viewer numbers may well reveal how useful etc but i’m ok at them – just have to think a bit about what to cover that’s useful/unique etc, and to keep it at that length maximum, where possible. And for the delivery to have some life. Glad you enjoyed it,

  • Yesterday’s c3+ list had 2 wins and a place from the 3 races.
My picks. Could only manage a 4th place so no return yesterday.
    Today’s c3+ and C4+aw video replay list
    14-00 danzeno / victory angel
    14-30 queen’s sergeant / northernpowerhouse / I’m a dreamer
20-00 Chichester / turaath / goddess of fire
    My picks
GODDESS OF FIRE 6/1 course and distance winner. Fairly consistent form throughout the year and there may be a little improvement to come as she is still only a 3yr old. Hits my Wolverhampton multi sire angle 252runs/57wins/115places + 79.97.
Hoping she can add to that.

    As always good luck 🙂
